Mema House Family Wellness Events support the growth and development of the whole family by highlighting the important connection between physical and mental health. We believe wellness is essential for helping children thrive and building strong, healthy families. In partnership with local health and wellness brands and businesses, we provide access to helpful resources, interactive classes, free samples, and hands-on activities focused on fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and self-care. Families can also enjoy play-based fitness activities that promote movement and healthy habits for all ages. These events offer a fun, welcoming space where families can learn, connect, and grow together in wellness.
